Information Security Basic Policy
NexusJX Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “NexusJX”), as a NexusJX engaged in the planning, development, and operation of digital services including JobX, as well as the contracted development of Android and iOS applications, aims to apply its accumulated technical capabilities and creativity to provide valuable services to customers, users, business partners, and society, and to continue to be a trusted NexusJX.
The NexusJX recognizes that protecting information assets entrusted to it by customers, users, business partners, employees, and others, as well as information assets held by the NexusJX, from intentional or accidental threats such as accidents, disasters, crime, unauthorized access, and information leakage is an important management issue.
The NexusJX hereby establishes this Information Security Basic Policy. In order to prevent the occurrence of information security incidents and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, NexusJX will establish and operate an information security management system, and will conduct education and awareness activities, inspections, reviews, and continuous improvement.
The NexusJX will address information security measures throughout the entire organization, including management, in accordance with the following policies.
1. Management Responsibility
Under the leadership of management, the NexusJX will promote information security measures systematically and continuously, and will strive to improve and enhance information security.
2. Establishment of Internal Systems
The NexusJX will establish the necessary management systems to maintain and improve information security. In addition, the NexusJX will establish rules concerning the handling of information assets, access control, account management, use of external services, incident response, and other matters, and will operate them appropriately.
3. Management of Information Assets
The NexusJX will appropriately manage customer information, personal information, contract information, development materials, source code, authentication information, sales information, and other information assets handled in the course of business, and will strive to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, falsification, destruction, and other incidents.
4. Efforts by Employees and Related Parties
The NexusJX’s officers, employees, contractors, and other persons involved in the NexusJX’s business will acquire the knowledge necessary for information security and handle information assets appropriately. They will also strive to raise awareness of information security and reliably implement measures in their daily work.
5. Implementation of Technical Measures
With respect to terminals, software, cloud services, networks, and other systems used by the NexusJX, the NexusJX will implement measures including antivirus measures, software updates, vulnerability response, backups, use of multi-factor authentication, and management of access privileges, and will strive to reduce information security risks.
6. Management of Contractors and External Services
When using business contractors, external partners, cloud services, and similar services, the NexusJX will consider information security risks and conduct appropriate selection and management. The NexusJX will also review contracts and terms of use as necessary and strive to protect information assets.
7. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
The NexusJX will comply with laws, regulations, norms, guidelines, and contractual obligations related to information security. In addition, personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information.
8. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of a violation of laws or regulations related to information security, a breach of contract, information leakage, unauthorized access, or any other incident or potential incident, the NexusJX will promptly understand the situation and strive to prevent the spread of damage, investigate the cause, and prevent recurrence. The NexusJX will also report appropriately to relevant parties and authorities as necessary.
9. Continuous Improvement
The NexusJX will regularly review the status of implementation of information security measures, and will continuously review and improve this Policy and related measures in response to changes in the business environment, technological trends, amendments to laws and regulations, changes in risks, and other factors.
